OTTAWA — Aug. 20, 2025.
RMS of Ohio has a new Putnam County location. RMS is celebrating its new 3,500-square-foot suite in the Annandale Complex, 1800 N. Perry, Ottawa, where it provides adult day services programming.
“We help people with disabilities get more out of life,” said Jennifer Gast, RMS Director of Operations.
RMS offers adult day services for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities across Ohio. Participants receive support with daily living and social skills while enjoying recreational activities and opportunities for community integration. Jodi Hundley serves as Adult Day Services Supervisor in Ottawa.
RMS first opened in Ottawa about six years ago in a downtown building, but leaders sought a brighter inside space with extra rooms and access to outdoor greenspace. In early 2025, RMS sought assistance from the Putnam County CIC to help identify potential new locations, ultimately selecting the Annandale Complex.
Currently, 21 clients are enrolled, with room for more. RMS is accepting new clients Monday through Friday, 9:00-2:00.
