Welcome to Leadership Putnam County! Applications will be available in March for this new 8-month interactive program for people seeking personal and/or professional leadership skills to advance their careers, become more engaged in the community, or leaders wanting to re-energize their leadership abilities.
Coming March 2024!
Participants will:
- Better develop themselves as mindful leaders.
- Learn skills to navigate change, have critical conversations, and positively impact others in the workplace and community.
- Get behind the scenes tours to a variety of business sectors in Putnam County.
- Strengthen and build new relationships in the community.
An additional program focused on front-line leadership is under design with our partners at Ohio Northern University and the Workforce Partnership of Putnam County to begin later in 2024.
